Explanation of 20-day Public Review Process:

Criteria approved by the committee that may be still subject to public comment and possible revision will be posted to the ICC-ES web site for public comment. ICC-ES values any comments made by code officials, contractors, specifiers, architects, engineers, and anyone else with an interest in listing criteria. 

ICC-ES technical staff will review all comments and, if necessary, will forward comments to the PMG Product Listing Committee for final disposition.  Comments that relate to health and safety issues will more than likely be forwarded to the committee for its review.

The committee may invite the proponent of the listing criteria and commenters to appear before the committee to discuss comments. The committee will address any health and safety issues relevant to the listing criteria before the listing criteria is published.

Please e-mail or fax your comments to espmg@icc-es.org. Please include your contact information, the reasons for your comments, and any supporting documentation.  You may also propose revisions to the language of the listing criteria.
